Privacy

Reverde is a daily water puzzle in Telegram, the App Store and Google Play. Its server, in the EU, keeps only what the game needs to work. No ads, no trackers, and we don't sell data. To delete everything, send /deletedata to @reverdegamebot, tap Delete account in the apps' settings, or write to support@reverde.app.

Who we are

Reverde is made by Uladzimir Lebedevich, a sole trader in Poland, who decides how your data is used (the controller). Write to support@reverde.app about anything on this page.

What the server keeps

You

In Telegram, your Telegram ID, first and last name, and language. In the iPhone and Android apps, a random player ID the app makes on your device, with no name. In both, when you joined and last played, and the link that brought you, such as a club invite.

Why: to know it's you, to speak your language, to show your name in your clubs, and to see how players find the game.

Your islands

For each solved island: its final heights, the number of moves, the time of day in the game, and when.

Why: to check the result, count stars and the streak, and show your Chronicle.

Shells

What you earned and spent.

Why: your balance and streak freezes.

Clubs

The clubs you are in, when you joined or left, who invited you; club names.

Why: the tables of the day and the week. Club members see your name and results.

Purchases

What you bought, for how much, when, the payment ID from Telegram, the App Store or Google Play, and refunds.

Why: to deliver what you bought, to refund it, and for the accounts.

Events

When you open the game and start an island.

Why: to see how the game is played. We look at totals, not at individual players.

All of this stays until you delete it, except purchases: Polish tax law has them kept for 5 years after the end of the year of purchase — without your ID once you delete your data.

We don't collect your phone number, contacts, location or card details. Telegram handles payments: we never see how you pay for Stars.

What stays with you

The game keeps today's moves, its settings and results not sent yet on your side: in Telegram, in its cloud storage for this bot, in your account; in the app, on your device; in a browser, in its storage. Only the results go from there to the server.

Who helps us

We share your data with no one else.

On what grounds

What the game needs to work and to deliver purchases is our agreement with you (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)). Events and crash reports are our legitimate interest in a game that works and that we understand (Art. 6(1)(f)); you can object by writing to us. Purchase records are a legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)).

Children

Reverde is for all ages. We don't ask anyone's age and keep no more about a child than about any other player. Purchases need a parent's permission (see the purchase terms). A parent can delete a child's data with /deletedata from the child's Telegram, or by writing to us.

Deleting your data

In Telegram, send /deletedata to @reverdegamebot and confirm; in the apps, use Settings → Delete account or write to support@reverde.app. The server deletes your profile, islands, shells, clubs and events. A club you founded passes to its next member. Purchases stay in the accounts without your ID. Deleted data leaves the database backups within 30 days. If you open the game again, it starts from the beginning and wipes what it kept on your side: moves, settings and results not sent yet.

Your rights

You can ask what data we have about you, get a copy, correct it, delete it, limit its use or object to it. Write to support@reverde.app — we answer within a month. You can also complain to the Polish data protection authority, UODO, or to the one in your country.

Changes

A new version of this policy will appear on this page with a new date. If something important changes, we'll also say so in the @reverdegame channel.
